Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage production schedules to meet deadlines
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance and support to the team
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Implement continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
